Double Tree Registration Information
All rooms are $99. Also the same special price 3 days before and 3 days after our event.
Registration ends on April 19, 2015 or when the 35 rooms in the block are sold out. Additional rooms will be on availability.
Cancellation Policy: 72 hour prior to day of arrival.
Complimentary parking for all guests.

All Reservations will be guaranteed with individual credit cards. In the event of a no show, one night’s room and tax will be posted to the credit card.
NOTE: Though it may say other wise on your confirmation,
Parking for us is FREE and not $20 a day.
None guests pay $2.50 Hour or $14 a day.
In House Reservations: You can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 503-281-6111 and asking for in house reservations. Our reservations department is openMonday – Friday from 8AM to 4PM.
DoubleTree by Hilton Central Reservations Office: You can make reservations by phone 24 hours a day and 7 days a week through the DoubleTree by Hilton Central Reservations office by calling toll free 1 (800) 996-0510.
Our Personalize Group Code is: WSS. Please refer to this code when making their reservations.
