IPA Nevada Presents the International Officers Exchange program
Charter and Mission for the International Officer Exchange Program
The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office has agreed to work in collaboration with the International Police Association of Nevada to develop a personalized, quality exchange program for active duty law enforcement officers. This program will be designed to enrich the career ambitions of participants and provide enhanced officer training while assimilating a cultural experience.
Qualifications
Candidates must complete the attached application form. All applicants will be screened by a panel of representative(s) of WCSO and IPA. Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in a sworn law enforcement capacity with the authorization from their agency to participate and agree to the terms and conditions of this program as outlined. Candidates must speak fluent English and must be an IPA member in good standing.
