Windows Vista Coupons
This week, it became official. Microsoft announced a coupon plan for Vista. If you buy a new computer running Windows XP, you’ll get an upgrade coupon. It gives you a discounted or free upgrade. Most manufacturers are expected to participate. The coupons cover purchases between Oct. 26 and March 15. So if you buy a new computer, make sure it includes the coupon.
