Yesterday (April 9, 2015) I had the pleasure of doing business with the fine people at Local Wrench in Belfair, WA. They came highly recommended to me by Mike at O'Reilly's Auto Parts also in Belfair, WA. Being a woman, I was somewhat apprehensive going to an auto repair shop. To my surprise, when I walked through the door, there was a woman behind the counter! That settled my nerves significantly. Her name is, Dena. I spoke with Dena and one of the mechanics, Mike, about the events of sabotage that had been done to my car and they took excellent care of me. Immediately, Dena, had my car checked in to have it lifted and inspected. They were concerned that my brake lines may have been sliced also which could have caused a significant accident. The customer service was outstanding!! Fast, courteous, professional. I was really impressed at how they took care of me. They even gave me a loaner car to use while my car was kept over night. Thank you Dena, Jeff and Mike at Local Wrench in Belfair, Washington!! I will definitely be telling everyone to bring their vehicles to Local Wrench!

When our 18 year old daughters car broke down it was difficult to know what to do, she was in Washington and we live in Northern California. As luck would have it, the car was towed to Local Wrench in Belfair. From the minute it got there we had an outstanding experience, Jeff and Dena were patient with us and calmed our daughter down after a tough day. We not only got good service, it was the best experience we have ever had with an auto repair business. From start to finish it was a world class experience. If we lived anywhere near the Belfair area we would take our cars to them, they have made a customer for life. If you live anywhere near Belfair, and we mean anywhere within an hours drive, we reccomend the Local Wrench team without any hesitation.
