AirBnB Hawaii Shame

For our trip to Hawaii in April I reserved this AirBnB unit from Phil Ramirez in Makakilo. The AirBnB website looked fine for this place but upon arrival it was a mess. I tried to get compensated but was refused by Phil Ramirez even though I was willing to receive half. My letter to the CEO of AirBnB CEO Mr. Brian Chesky has been unanswered. Due to the fact that Mr. Brian Cheeky has chosen to ignore me, this website has been published. For the details of this AirBnB rip off read below.

Dear Mr Chesky,
I am so sorry to have to be writing his letter to you but issues still remain to be resolved. My original complaint is copied below for your consideration. Originally I was contacted by your “Phillip”. I sent the complaint to him but there was never a return correspondence. I was then contacted by you Monique who only told me that the stairs in question looked sound to her and she didn’t feel it was unusual for open boxes of Kotex to be in bathrooms. I have since learned that Mr. Phil Ramirez has been removed as a Air BnB owner. No doubt due to my and maybe other complaints. He walks away with my $1,600, you get your cut and I remain the injured party.
Are you married? What would you do in a situation where you have rented a $129 a night Air BnB and when you get there you find it is unlivable and your wife refuses to stay there and is mad a you? I contacted Phil Ramirez who refused to even consider returning half our money, which I was good with. Contacted another AirBnB nearby and was accepted right away. They were wonderful and was what I expect from a good Air BnB owner.
Please look at the original complaint below as well as the pictures, including the Hawaii Revised Statues parking violation that Phil required us to use.

——————————————————————————————————
This place of Phil Ramirez's was just a mess.  I will attach pictures at the end.
First of all the parking for our expensive rental vehicle was a very small and sort area next to the edge of the property between the car port and a chain link fence.  So small that nobody could exit the vehicle once parked and the car hung out over the sidewalk which is a parking violation in the City and County of Honolulu.
The front porch was missing paint and was dirty.  A very negative start.
The unit was locked by a cypher lock screen door.  The wood door could not be locked and could only be secured a small security chain.
Inside all the fans (no AC) were dirty and just plane nasty.  The TV screen was so dirty that someone had written the word DIRT on it.  (later cleaned by me)  The mirror on the wall was dirty and all the jalousie window were dirty as noted by a finger touch.
The beds in the bedrooms only had a sheet on them and a couple of pillows.
The screen door in the back was broken and would not lose all the way.  The latch was just a drywall screw.  The pantry door in the kitchen was broken and the bottom of the door just sits on the floor.
The WIFI is acquired from a family unit under the AirBnB unit and shared with two other families in the house of three home.  This is a definite Internet security issue for anyone staying here.  A share network hot spot is very dangerous for an unknowing person using it for banking or other secure information.
In the bathroom shelves were several item that belonged to someone else including feminine Kotex and pads.
I contacted Phil Ramirez by text and told him how unhappy I was.  He soon stopped by.  It was very hot and my wife was really upset, red and sweeting.  She told Phil that the fans were not working.  He told her if it was too hot for her to open the back door (where I found the broken screen door) and sit on the front porch. (the dirty one)
I suggest to him that I should receive some kind of refund.  He said no but if I left and he could rent it, he would pay me back for each day someone else stayed here during our rental period.  I told him that I doubt anyone else was going to rent the place and he agreed with me.  He then left.
We decided that we just could not stay in the place and found another really nice AirBnB in Ewa Beach.  So I was looking at forfeiting my $1,600 paid to Phil.  We had no choice.  We just could not stay in the place.
A couple of days later we went back to check it again and take some pictures.  Phil Ramirez had locked us out.  I texted him again and he said the AirBnB had told him we no longer wanted the place.  I told him that was a lie, if he was not going to give us some kind of refund we were not going to release it to him to rent it again.
He did go back and clean the fans and change the cypher lock back to our code.  How could he think he could just rent it out again since we said we could not stay there and he still had our money?  Does that make sense to you?
Don't you think I should get some money back from this near fraud rental?
